i think that the singapore education has its weaknesses and advantages. the advantages are that when it comes to paper written work, singaporeans are able to excel in it. the disadvantages are that when it comes to hands on work, singaporeans are not able to excel. i think that singapore's education system should follow a bit of other countries education system especially for hands on work.
